になったエラーメッセージがでてエクスプローラーが開けません。
メールは送受信できます。
対処方をご教授ください。

Desktop StreamerのPopupManager,exeが不具合を起こしているようですから、
以下のでどれかで解決しそうですね。

1.ポップアップ防止機能をオフにする。
2.インターネットオプション→詳細設定→
「サードパーティ製のブラウザ拡張を有効にする」のチェックを外す。
3.Desktop Streamerそのものをアンインストールする。
4.Desktop Streamerがバージョンアップされているようですから、
アップデートする。

だけど、Desktop Streamerが原因でエクスプローラーが開けなくなるかしら。
もしかしてインターネットエクスプローラーが開けないのですか？
